Please don't say you hate me
Let me save some face
I truly cannot see
How I got to this place

I lost my path in the windstorm
I keep turning around
I'll continue to walk scorned
Never looking to be found

I can't have you hate me
Not someone as marvelous as you

That this whole thing is hard to go through

I've been trying to open my heart
